ORDER CONFIRMATION

A detailed email regarding ORDER and SIZE confirmation is send from our online sales persons to the concerned customer.Through such a kind of back and forth email we try our best to cross check the order details and the size of the customer to avoid any kind of future errors or disappointments.

• Shipping Address & Contact No. We need customer complete Address and phone number for the shipping process. As it is needed to the courier company that we are currently using for shipping our parcels.
• Transit Time Once we confirm everything for the production process. it will take 7 to 10 working days for the production of the order. Then with in 72 hours our courier drops the parcel at the door step of our customers.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

We are sending all the regular orders via DHL express and they are providing home delivery to our entire customers. Most of the items we are shipping directly from our manufacturing unit (Pakistan).

Time definite Service. This service is also available but we will keep your information after checking with the DHL crew that time definite service is available on your area or not. Please note Company may charge some additional price for the time definite service

EMS Service.We can also send the parcel by EMS as well. For Russian shipments we use only EMS post.
