  • We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges
  • In case you receive a wrong or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement after you return the wrong or defective item.
  • Defective item must be returned within a week after you receipt the item.
  • Replacement will be exchanged within 7 days from we receive the return item.
  • Buyer has to pay for the back and forth shipping of the item.

  • Our partners will represent MOTOPILOT in their local area or in the area they believe that they can find the good potential of the Biker Groups.
  • Once an area is assigned to the representative, Then Company will not be assign that area to any other representative, so the responsive person will be the only authorize representative to market and sell MOTOPILOT products
  • MOTOPILOT will design and develop all the products after analyzing the market requirements and upcoming and latest trends and technologies.
  • Representatives or representative company can also suggest the new products that can be specifically their region requirements.
  • It is the company job to provide the digital designs (Art work) and specifications of the products to its representatives.
  • The samples products that require marketing the products will be provided to representatives at around certain %age discount price which will be a representative price.
  • We will provide 100% coverage on manufacturing fault on all products.
